Small Group Fitness - starting in June 2024

Small group training is a great way to get coaching from a trainer and is more cost-effective than hiring for 1:1. Plus you get a group setting without it being an overwhelming class size.

Benefits of small group training:

  • Attention to detail and form for safe and effective exercise,

  • Individualized adjustments, progressions and regressions in each exercise,

  • Meet others with similar fitness goals,

  • Build community,

  • Learn good technique and form for optimal muscle activation,

  • Have fun and make progress on your fitness journey!

This differs from the larger classes because I can pay more attention to each participant and adapt as we go, and the warm-up is a movement preparation that can be adapted to individual needs. It is similar in that there is a basic flow we will follow during the class: typically a relevant warm-up, main focus of exercise type, and a cooldown.
