Small Group Fitness - starting in June 2024
Small group training is a great way to get coaching from a trainer and is more cost-effective than hiring for 1:1. Plus you get a group setting without it being an overwhelming class size.

Attention to detail and form for safe and effective exercise,
Individualized adjustments, progressions and regressions in each exercise,
Meet others with similar fitness goals,

Learn good technique and form for optimal muscle activation,
Have fun and make progress on your fitness journey!
This differs from the larger classes because I can pay more attention to each participant and adapt as we go, and the warm-up is a movement preparation that can be adapted to individual needs. It is similar in that there is a basic flow we will follow during the class: typically a relevant warm-up, main focus of exercise type, and a cooldown.
