What type of experience will my kids get?

These 8 week training blocks are designed to help each group improve hand eye coordination, focus and body control.
Not only will they have fun, they will leave feeling more confident in themselves and their peers!

Homeschool PE vs. Sports-Specific Training

My Homeschool PE classes focus on fun, well-rounded movement to build confidence and foundational skills through games, teamwork, and creative play. For young athletes ready to level up, our Sports-Specific Training offers structured, progressive programs targeting endurance, technique, and sport-ready strength.

Here are the different programs your young athlete can join!

  • A positive, uplifting, and supportive environment for children to make friends while boosting skills and self esteem!

    • Age groups are 8-12 years old (50min classes) and 4-7 years old (30min classes) *more to come

    • Learn new skills to boost confidence

    • Make friends - build community

    • Peer boosted, they get to learn with and from each other

    • Appropriately challenging to each with adaptations to movements as needed

    • Small class sizes - 4 max - less distracting

  • This program is for athletes 8-12 years old who play recreational or competitive sports who want to

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the competitive season or middle school level of play

    • Increase speed and agility

    • Improve in their sports performance (exercises selected based on their main sport if they have one)

    • Increase stability and endurance

    • Build overall athletic abilities for safe and fun play

    Limited to 6 participants/class *Due to age, parents are required to stay on site

  • This program is for gymnasts 8-12 years old who play recreationally or competitively who want to

    • Strengthen all range of motion (hypermobility is prominent in gymnasts) and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their competitive season

    • Increase strength and stability (they have tons of power and speed) for more controlled movement

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

  • This program is for basketball players 8-12 years old who play recreationally or competitively who want to

    • Strengthen full range of motion and supportive muscles

    • Prevent injuries

    • Recover from injuries or surgeries

    • Prepare for the demands of their sport

    • Increase strength and stability for more power with proper alignment during their agile play demands

    • Improve their performance

    • Build athletic strength for safe and fun participation

Homeschool P.E Ages 4-7
This is a 8 week program with one 30 minute class per week -
$50 for the 8 weeks - only $6.25/class!

Homeschool P.E Ages 8-12
This is a 8 week program with one 50 minute class per week -
$80 for the 8 weeks - only $10/class!

Youth Athletic/Gymnastics & Basketball Strength Training
Ages 8-12

These are 8 week programs with one 50 minute class per week -
$150 for the 8 weeks - only $18.75/class!

Youth Strength & Performance Programs
(Ages 9-15)

My new Phased Strength Training Program is designed to help young athletes build a rock-solid foundation while having fun. Over 8 weeks, participants will progress through science-backed phases to generate the desired adaptation:

  • mastering stability

  • boosting endurance

  • developing strength

  • unlocking power

  • and sharpening agility

    With a focus on safety and proper form, classes (max 6 kids) blend structured drills, age-appropriate challenges, and teamwork to foster confidence and lifelong fitness habits.

Perfect for: Sport-ready tweens/teens, aspiring athletes, or kids who thrive with goal-oriented training.

    • Improve functional core strength, balance/stability, and endurance

    • Great for youth who participate in power and agility based sports

    • Help prevent growth plate damage

    • Help prevent injuries (sprains and strains)

Family Small Group Training

6 Years Old & Up

Learn proper lifting techniques and form in a positive and uplifting environment.

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for new ways to stay active as a family, this class can be a great addition to your week!

Weightlifting, games, and functional strength training incorporated.

Pricing: $25 per adult, $10 per child.
