I am committed to helping my clients succeed. Training for strength will look different than training to build muscle and knowing which style to train for specific goals can be daunting. I help my clients with the training details that can help them achieve their individual goals from the point they’re at to get to where they want to be. A progressive and functional approach leads to achieving these goals without injury or pain. I also do custom macronutrient plans included in training to help achieve your goals whether that’s weight loss or muscle mass and strength increases. Athletic training

Athletic training for clients with the goal of greater overall athleticism for day to day activities, family events, playing with their children, etc., incorporates healthy movement patterns with and without resistance in all planes of motion. At Fitness With Nina, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve better overall athletic performance in a safe and progressive way. This can also be skill specific. For example: running faster, jumping higher, improving hand eye coordination, or how to do cartwheels and handstands.

As a performance enhancement specialist, I use a periodized approach lead by your play season time and length, position, pre season, post season, and off season in tailoring your program and training, along with your individual needs. Injury Prevention and Recovery

My injury prevention protocol helps clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way. While working towards their fitness goals, I keep my clients joints moving in a healthy range of motion with and without external resistance to ensure that they are moving through a healthy range of motion while getting stronger.

For injury recovery, I work closely with each client to assess their movement patterns and compensations cause by the injury(ies) and develop a customized and progressive plan that helps them regain their strength and mobility, pain free. Whether that’s an injury from sports, accidents, or a chronic condition, my goal as a trainer is to support you every step of the way to achieve your goals. Online Coaching

Online coaching is great if you want opportunities to check in, macro planning, form checks, and a custom training program and experience all through an app on your phone. It’s like having a personal trainer in your back pocket. We meet virtually for a consultation and movement assessment (short workout) and talk about your goals, how to overcome any obstacles, and decide how to proceed towards your goals from there.
